"Other Information" is any information that does not reveal Your identity nor directly relate to any individual. In addition to Personal Information, Skillsure Ltd also collects (both actively and passively) Other Information below in connection with Your use of the Services. Skillsure Ltd may use Other Information for any purposes, provided that, if Skillsure Ltd is required to treat Other Information as Personal Information under applicable laws, it may use it for the same purposes for which it uses and discloses Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy. Other Information that we may collect includes:

• Usage Data: Skillsure Ltd may collect data and statistics about Your usage, such as when, how, and how long You use the Services.
• Device Data: Skillsure Ltd may collect the IP address assigned to the device that You use or access the Services.

Skillsure Ltd uses reasonable organizational, technical, and administrative means to protect Personal Information within its organization. However, no data transmission or storage system can be 100% secure. If You have reason to believe that Your interaction with Skillsure Ltd is no longer secure, notify Skillsure Ltd immediately in accordance with the "Contact Skillsure Ltd" section below.

Choices and Access

As outlined in this Privacy Policy, You can choose at any time to not provide Your Personal Information to Skillsure Ltd through the Services. However, doing so may prevent You from obtaining some information through the Services.

Receiving electronic communications from Skillsure Ltd

Sharing with affiliated companies for direct marketing

If You do not want Skillsure Ltd to share Your Personal Information with its affiliated companies for their direct marketing purposes, You may opt out by following the instructions provided in the applicable e-mails.

Skillsure Ltd will try to accommodate Your opt-out request as soon as reasonably practicable. Note that Skillsure Ltd may continue to send You some types of message, such as administrative or Services-related messages.

In addition to opting out of marketing communications, you may manage your Skills Directory listing at any time through your member dashboard or by following the consent/withdrawal links provided in our communications.

Review or Update Your Personal Information

If You wish to access, modify, or update the Personal Information You have provided to Skillsure Ltd, You may do so by contacting us using the inquiry form. State Your request clearly in the form. For Your protection, Skillsure Ltd processes a request regarding only the Personal Information associated with the e-mail address from which You send the form, and Skillsure Ltd may need to verify Your identity before processing Your request.

Note that Skillsure Ltd may need to retain some information for record-keeping purposes, and that some residual information will remain in Skillsure Ltd's databases and other records, which will not be removed.

Retention of Your Personal Information

Skillsure Ltd will retain your Personal Information for the period necessary to serve the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Use of Services by Minors

The Services are not intended for children under the age of 13, and Skillsure Ltd requests that they not provide Personal Information through the Services. If You are under 13, do not provide Skillsure Ltd with any Personal Information. If You have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Information to Skillsure Ltd through the Services, contact us and Skillsure Ltd will delete that information from its databases.

The Services are managed and operated by Skillsure Ltd in New Zealand. Your Personal Information is collected, stored, and processed in New Zealand. Your use of the Services constitutes Your consent for us to transfer Your Personal Information to countries outside of Your country of residence that may have data protection laws different from those of Your country of residence.

Skills Directory Listings

As part of our Services, Skillsure Ltd maintains a searchable "Skills Directory" where contractors, employers, and members of the public can confirm whether an individual has completed specific training or holds a Refrigerant Fillers Licence.

• Personal listing: If you approve, your name, selected training records, and (where applicable) licence information (e.g. Refrigerant Fillers Licence number and expiry) will be searchable by the public.
• Company listing: You may also choose to appear when someone searches for your company. This is optional and can be turned on or off at any time.
• Control and withdrawal: You may log into the members dashboard to manage what courses and licences are visible at any time. Withdrawing consent will remove your information from the public directory.
• Uploaded qualifications: You may voluntarily upload additional industry-related certificates or trade qualifications to your listing. Uploaded documents are reviewed and approved by Skillsure Ltd before being displayed. You may remove uploaded documents at any time from your Skills Dashboard.
• Accuracy of information: Training and licence records are sourced from Skillsure Ltd's training systems and, where applicable, from authorised industry licensing databases. You may contact us at any time to correct inaccuracies.
