With over four decades of field experience including over 20 years as a technical trainer, I provide expert guidance to help you and your business thrive in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry.
My Experience For 40+ years, I’ve specialised in the installation, service, and diagnostics of a diverse range of refrigeration, air conditioning, and heat pump systems. My hands-on work with leading manufacturers ensures my training is current, relevant, and grounded in real-world application.
My Commitment to You For the last 22 years, my focus has been on professional training. I am passionate about helping skilled technicians advance their careers and empowering businesses to achieve superior performance and efficiency.
Andrew Templeman
We are delighted to welcome Andrew to the team. He joined us in September 2025 as a contract trainer in the south island.
Andrew brings a wealth of experience in the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC-R) industry, with a career spanning over three decades. He began his journey with EHS, working on everything from residential and light commercial systems to heavy-duty industrial projects, including retubing ammonia condensers and overhauling large-scale Howden and Hall screw compressors.
Since 1992, Andrew has worked as an independent contractor, gaining extensive experience with tower refrigeration units and refrigerated containers at the port. For over a decade, he specialised in Toshiba heat pumps, and for two years, he honed his skills in general HVAC with Radcliffe Electrical.
In addition to his diverse background, Andrew is experienced in modern, environmentally-friendly solutions. He is skilled in A3 refrigerant conversions using natural refrigerants and has significant experience with hydronic heating and cooling systems, including underfloor heating and ducted fan coil units (FCUs). His expertise in these areas will be a valuable asset to our clients seeking sustainable and efficient climate control solutions.
