Skillsure Academy was established in 2020 with a clear purpose: to be New Zealand's leading HVAC training academy for new and existing tradespeople. We saw a gap in practical, trade-focused training that genuinely prepared people for real-world installation and service work — and we set out to fill it.
We deliver training throughout New Zealand across a range of formats — 1-day and 3-day hands-on practical courses, online self-paced programmes, and online renewal courses including the Refrigerant Fillers Licence renewal. Whether you're on-site or studying from home, we partner with leading industry suppliers and employers to make sure every programme reflects current industry practice and New Zealand standards.
Alongside our training, we develop purpose-built software tools — including EzeCalc and Gas Cylinder Mate — used daily by over 1,100 HVAC and refrigeration professionals across the country.
